Business Development
Joining the team in 2023, Jolandi brings a strong background in accounting and business studies to her role within BHL group. She focuses on business development across key categories, focussing on small appliances and home entertainment and working closely with both suppliers and members.

With a results-driven approach, Jolandi is committed to identifying opportunities that support growth and deliver meaningful value. Her strong relationship-building skills and commercial focus help create positive outcomes for individual members while contributing to the continued growth and success of the wider group.

General Manager
As the second generation of the business, Emma brings 26 years of experience in retail to BHL Group. Her strong background in sales & customer service, gives her a practical understanding of the day-to-day operations, opportunities and struggles faced by independent retailers.

Her industry knowledge, approachable leadership, and focus on delivering genuine value help ensure the group continues to evolve, strengthen its network, and provide meaningful support to its members.

Brigitte Blommerde
Office Administrator
Brigitte is our office administrator, providing valuable financial and admin support across day-to-day operations of the group. She is responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring invoices, payments, and receipts are processed accurately and on time.

Brigitte also supports the wider team with a range of administrative tasks that help keep the business running efficiently. Her organised approach, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy contribute to strong financial administration and a high level of internal support across the organisation.
Maree Harper
Group Accountant
Maree is the BHL Group Accountant, bringing 30 years of financial expertise across multi-entity organisations. With extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and analysis, Maree plays an important role in ensuring the group maintains strong financial governance.

Her considered approach and attention to detail support informed strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with key stakeholders, Maree helps provide the financial clarity and insight needed to support effective operations, long-term planning, and the continued success of the group and its members.
Malcolm Bain
Industry Consultant
Joining BHL as an Industry Consultant, Malcolm brings more than 30 years of experience across the appliance retail industry. Based in Auckland, he serves as a hands-on representative for the group, working closely with suppliers and members strengthening relationships and practical support.

Malcolm’s extensive industry knowledge, strong connections, and understanding of the market help identify opportunities for growth and ensure BHL remains responsive to changing industry conditions. His collaborative approach continues to support positive outcomes for members, suppliers, and the wider group.
Lynley Tihi
Senior Accounts Admin
Lynley is our Senior Accounts Administrator bringin 30 years of industry experience to her role within the group. She provides essential operational and administrative support, helping ensure the efficient day-to-day running of BHL Group.

Lynley oversees a wide range of key functions, including the coordination of rebates, while maintaining accurate records and effective systems across the business.
